🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireline field operations (cased hole, rig & rigless)

• Execute Plug & Perforation (P&P) and Pump Down Services

• Ensure adherence to HSE and safety regulations

• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide technical solutions

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting

• Mentor and train junior crew members

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Wireline Crew Chief in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)

• Expertise in Cased Hole operations (rig and rigless)

• Proven experience in Plug & Perforation (P&P) and Pump Down Services

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills

• Safety-conscious with strong HSE compliance knowledge

• Relevant technical certifications in wireline services or oilfield operations are preferred

• Ability to manage teams and projects in field environments
