🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireline field operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution

• Perform and oversee cased hole operations (rig and rigless)

• Execute Plug & Perforation (P&P) and pump down services

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards

• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical solutions

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth project execution

• Maintain accurate job reports and operational documentation

• Train and mentor junior crew members

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience as a Wireline Crew Chief in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)

• Strong expertise in:

  • Cased Hole operations

  • Plug & Perforation (P&P)

  • Pump Down services

• In-depth knowledge of oilfield operations and equipment

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• High commitment to safety and HSE compliance

• Relevant industry certifications (IWCF, HSE training, or equivalent) are advantageous
