Jayasom Wellness Resort – AMAALA is seeking a Wellness Journey Host to provide an exceptional and personalized experience for our guests in a luxury wellness environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that each guest enjoys a seamless wellness journey, combining hospitality excellence with wellness-focused services. Professionals in this role contribute directly to the resort’s reputation for premium service and guest satisfaction.

The Wellness Journey Host will manage front desk operations, coordinate wellness sessions, and support concierge-level guest services. This position offers hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, fostering skills in guest relations, service coordination, and operational excellence.

This role provides long-term career growth, including opportunities to advance within luxury hospitality and wellness management. Staff will have access to training in hospitality standards, wellness service protocols, and professional development programs to enhance skills and certifications in guest experience management.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Welcome and guide guests through their personalized wellness journey.
Coordinate and manage front desk operations, scheduling, and guest check-ins.
Assist with wellness session bookings and provide concierge-level support.
Maintain high standards of service excellence following luxury hospitality protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent guest satisfaction.
Provide detailed guest feedback and reports to management for continuous improvement.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in Guest Service / Guest Relations roles, such as Guest Service Agent, Front Office, or Reception in hospitality or wellness/medical settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for hospitality and wellness.
Ability to work in a luxury environment, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education: High school diploma or higher; relevant certifications in hospitality or wellness are a plus.

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 80,000 – 110,000 per year
(Based on Wellness Journey Host / Guest Relations roles in Saudi Arabia for candidates with 2–5 years of experience)
