🧾 Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Utility Engineer to manage, monitor, and maintain electrical and mechanical utility systems within industrial and facility management environments in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient operation of power, water, HVAC, and other utility systems.

The Utility Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including engineers, architects, contractors, and government authorities—to support both operational and project-based activities. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage electrical systems, power distribution, and related equipment

  • Oversee operation and maintenance of generators, transformers, panels, switchgears, and UPS systems

  • Coordinate maintenance activities for water supply, HVAC, and other utilities

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities for O&M support

  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions

  • Introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability

  • Prepare detailed operational, maintenance, and performance reports

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards


🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utility systems management in facility management or industrial environments

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and safety regulations

  • Proven problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Experience in implementing energy-efficient solutions and sustainability initiatives is advantageous
