🛠 Key Responsibilities

Promote company products and services at designated booths

Engage customers and explain special offers, promotions, and discounts

Drive sales performance through effective customer interaction

Maintain accurate records of daily sales during assigned shifts

Report sales data and performance metrics to supervisors

Represent the company professionally in indoor and outdoor environments

Ensure strong customer service standards and brand presentation
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in ushering, retail sales, or promotional marketing

Intermediate level of English communication

Must speak at least one Indian language

Speaking additional Indian or Bangladeshi languages is an advantage

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Ability to work evening shifts (5:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum education requirement)
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 3,000 – SAR 4,500 per month + commission
(Based on retail sales and promotional representatives in Riyadh with 1–3 years of experience)
Compensation Type: Monthly salary + performance-based commission
