Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and inspection of electrical and mechanical motors according to established technical procedures.
- Conduct functional, performance, and operational tests on motors and associated equipment.
- Identify technical defects, abnormalities, and performance issues during testing.
- Use appropriate testing instruments, tools, and equipment accurately and safely.
- Record and maintain detailed testing results and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, quality standards, and job requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support troubleshooting and corrective actions when motor performance does not meet required specifications.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines during all testing activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Previous hands-on experience in motor testing is required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical motor systems and testing procedures.
- Ability to use relevant testing tools, instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Relevant technical certification in electrical, mechanical, motor maintenance, or industrial safety may be an advantage.
- Candidates should be below 40 years of age, as specified in the recruitment requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a technical team environment.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
