Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and inspection of electrical and mechanical motors according to established technical procedures.

• Use appropriate testing instruments, tools, and equipment accurately and safely.
• Record and maintain detailed testing results and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, quality standards, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions when motor performance does not meet required specifications.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines during all testing activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous hands-on experience in motor testing is required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical motor systems and testing procedures.
• Ability to use relevant testing tools, instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Relevant technical certification in electrical, mechanical, motor maintenance, or industrial safety may be an advantage.
