🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone to follow up on collections according to company policies.
- Negotiate professionally to achieve suitable payment solutions.
- Record call data and update customer information accurately.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and collect dues within set targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on collection results and submit to the department.
- Ensure compliance with collection regulations and internal guidelines.
- Use Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, to organize data and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle customer data professionally.
- Achieve performance indicators and contribute to overall work efficiency.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Prior experience in telephone collection or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 4,000 – SAR 6,000 per month (Based on Telephone Collector roles in Riyadh with 1–3 years of experience)
