🛠 Key Responsibilities

Technical Civil Engineer (BBS & Method Statement Expert)

Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for construction activities.
Develop, review, and maintain construction method statements.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and construction standards.
Support technical planning and execution activities.

Civil Quantity Surveyor

Prepare quantity take-offs and measurement sheets.
Monitor project quantities and cost-related documentation.
Assist with valuations, variations, and project reporting.
Coordinate with project teams regarding cost and quantity requirements.
Support contract administration and project controls.

Architectural Quantity Surveyor

Prepare architectural quantity take-offs and estimates.
Review architectural drawings and specifications.
Support project budgeting and cost management activities.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

Proven experience relevant to the position applied for.
Previous experience on large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and project management teams is advantageous.
Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and engineering standards.
