Job Overview
A growing organization in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its recruitment and workforce planning initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Publish job vacancies across recruitment platforms and channels.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment methods.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Interview coordination and candidate assessment.
- Recruitment reporting and analytics.
- Applicant tracking systems (ATS) knowledge.
