A reputable local company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage spare parts and inventory operations within a maintenance workshop environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workshop operations through accurate stock control, documentation, and coordination with technical teams.

The Storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting maintenance teams with timely material issuance. This position directly contributes to operational efficiency, cost control, and effective supply chain management.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including receiving, inspecting, and issuing spare parts and materials

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in inventory control systems

  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking

  • Prepare periodic inventory and consumption reports with high accuracy

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of spare parts and workshop materials

  • Coordinate closely with maintenance and technical teams to support operational requirements

  • Maintain compliance with internal inventory policies and safety standards


🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

  • Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper in a maintenance or workshop environment

  • Strong knowledge of spare parts management and stock control procedures

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and reporting tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel preferred)

  • Understanding of warehouse documentation and inventory reconciliation

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
