🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license (Mandatory)
- Dataflow verification completed (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of hospital experience
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 Level
- Prometric exam passed (Preferred)
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries (Preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 4,500 – 8,000 per month (Based on experience, specialization, and hospital standards in KSA)
