Directly supervise the implementation of soft services, including:

Comprehensive cleaning operations

Pest control programs

Waste management and safe disposal practices

Monitor service provider performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and operational standards

Implement and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards

Prepare periodic performance reports, track KPIs, and analyze operational results to support management decisions

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field)
Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in soft services, facilities management, or operational contract supervision

Proven familiarity with operational standards, regulatory requirements, and contract management
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance standards in facilities management

Competence in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
Soft Skills:
