🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle delivery of restaurant and F&B interior fit-out projects

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams

Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications

Maintain compliance with brand standards and quality benchmarks

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and site safety requirements

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting

Liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams for seamless communication

Oversee MEP coordination and F&B-specific installations (kitchen services, finishes, etc.)
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of experience managing interior fit-out projects

Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, and F&B outlets (mandatory)

Solid understanding of MEP coordination and kitchen service layouts
