Job Overview
A leading FMCG company is seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality compliance, and manage on-site operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete and steel works, strong site supervision skills, and the ability to make high-level decisions on site.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise civil engineering works on-site, including concrete and steel structures.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.

Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD.

Maintain accurate site reports and documentation.

Solve on-site problems with strong decision-making skills.

Liaise with project management for progress updates and issue resolution.
Requirements & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer.

Strong experience in concrete and steel works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Excellent English language skills.

Strong site supervision, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
