About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, especially Split and Window units. This role involves driving sales performance, delivering technical expertise, and supporting customers with reliable HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sales activities and develop strong, long-term client relationships within the HVAC market.

Provide technical consultation and support for HVAC systems, including design recommendations and product presentations.

Promote HVAC solutions and assist in selecting suitable systems based on client needs and project requirements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents for clients.

Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and stay updated with HVAC industry trends.

Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering — mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in Split units and Window AC systems.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products, components, and system design.
