A leading manufacturing company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer / Senior QA/QC Technician to establish and lead its Quality Department. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards, manage quality documentation, conduct internal audits, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs. Candidates with experience in metal fabrication, steel products, metal or wooden doors, or similar manufacturing industries will be highly preferred. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage the company’s Quality Department.
Implement and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Develop and control quality documentation and procedures.
Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and CAPA processes.
Monitor quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive continual improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
Prepare quality reports and support management decision-making.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

3–5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
