A manufacturing company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer / Senior QA/QC Technician to establish and lead its Quality Department. This senior-level opportunity is ideal for quality professionals with extensive experience in manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing quality processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, managing documentation, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards. Professionals with experience in metal fabrication, steel products, metal or wooden doors, or related manufacturing industries will be highly preferred. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage the organization’s Quality Department.
Implement and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Prepare and manage quality documentation and procedures.
Conduct internal quality audits and monitor compliance.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs to drive continual improvement.
Ensure products comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production teams to improve manufacturing quality.
Support process optimization and quality assurance initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across operations.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

3–5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.

Certifications

Internal Auditor Certification (Preferred)
