A prestigious opportunity is available for a highly experienced QA/QC Engineer to join refinery and petrochemical projects in Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage QA/QC procedures across refinery and petrochemical projects
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality control checks
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve quality issues
- Review engineering documents, welding procedures, and inspection reports
- Supervise and validate NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities (PT, MPI, RT, UT)
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients on quality standards
- Support shutdown, revamp, and brownfield project execution
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to Saudi refinery standards
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 15+ years of QA/QC experience in refinery or petrochemical industries
- Mandatory CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 certification
- Mandatory NDT Level II certifications (PT, MPI, RT, UT)
- ISO 9001:2015 certification from an accredited body
- Strong knowledge of QMS, inspection procedures, and quality compliance
- Experience in brownfield, shutdown, or revamp projects
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia refinery standards and work culture
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 18,000 – 30,000 per month
