Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure, roads, and bridge construction projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Review project progress reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Optimize resource allocation and project productivity.
• Support strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized public university.

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• MBA or equivalent Project Management qualification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 25 years of professional experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing Infrastructure, Roads, and Bridges projects.
• Experience within leading Gulf contracting companies is mandatory.
