We are seeking a Senior Operations Engineer with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector to join our dynamic operations team. This role is critical for overseeing the efficiency and reliability of both onshore and offshore production facilities, contributing directly to the company’s operational excellence and long-term strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in petroleum, chemical, mechanical, or process engineering, complemented by a proven track record in managing complex GOSP, gas processing, and pipeline operations. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to maximize facility efficiency and output

• Lead troubleshooting initiatives and provide effective technical solutions

• Enhance performance and reliability of processing facilities, including GOSP, gas processing, and water treatment

• Support operational planning and implement performance improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

• Monitor asset integrity and participate in preventive maintenance programs

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve production targets

• Prepare technical reports, performance analysis, and operational metrics

• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset

• Participate in energy optimization and process enhancement projects

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering

• Experience: 10–15 years in Oil & Gas production operations, with preferred exposure to both onshore and offshore sites

• Technical Knowledge: GOSP operations, gas processing, water treatment/desalination, pipelines, terminal & marine operations

• Standards & Systems: Operational Excellence (OE), PDCA methodology, risk management, asset integrity, safety management systems

• Preferred Skills: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), energy efficiency initiatives, HSE compliance monitoring

• Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, collaboration, communication
