🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Relevant certifications in MEP, PMP, or project management (preferred)
- Experience requirements:
- Technical Office Manager / Site Manager: Minimum 10 years
- Proposal Team Leader / Design Engineers: Minimum 7 years
- Site Technical Office Engineer: Minimum 5 years
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design software, and project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
- Familiarity with international construction standards and codes

- MEP Technical Office Manager / Site Manager: USD 3,500 – 6,000 per month
- Proposal Team Leader / Design Engineers: USD 2,500 – 4,500 per month
