A leading contracting company working with Aramco is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen governance, financial controls, and organizational effectiveness across a group of companies in Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement governance frameworks across multiple companies within the group.
Design and strengthen financial controls and internal control systems.
Lead corporate restructuring initiatives and organizational development projects.
Evaluate financial and operational risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Improve accounting, auditing, and compliance processes.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal audits to identify operational and financial improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare audit reports and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support the implementation of best practices in governance and financial management.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as an Internal Auditor.
Practical experience in corporate restructuring and organizational development.
Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
Experience developing accounting and auditing processes across multiple companies or group entities.
CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
Previous experience in consulting firms or the financial and investment sector is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build financial systems, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen governance structures.

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 18,000 – SAR 28,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and the employer’s compensation structure.
