A leading contracting company working with Aramco is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen governance, financial controls, and organizational effectiveness across a group of companies in Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement governance frameworks across multiple companies within the group.
- Design and strengthen financial controls and internal control systems.
- Lead corporate restructuring initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Evaluate financial and operational risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Improve accounting, auditing, and compliance processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to identify operational and financial improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare audit reports and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of best practices in governance and financial management.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor.
- Practical experience in corporate restructuring and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
- Experience developing accounting and auditing processes across multiple companies or group entities.
- CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in consulting firms or the financial and investment sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build financial systems, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen governance structures.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 18,000 – SAR 28,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and the employer’s compensation structure.
