A leading contracting company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer – Site to support major construction and building projects across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation and calibration of instrumentation and control systems on-site.
• Manage the integration of control systems with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Review, verify, and approve I/O lists and control documentation.
• Coordinate system integration activities involving PLC, DDC, BACnet, and Modbus networks.
• Lead Testing and Commissioning (T&C) operations for control and automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and applicable codes.
• Monitor installation quality and troubleshoot technical issues during project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare technical reports, commissioning records, and project documentation.
• Support project delivery through effective planning, technical leadership, and problem-solving.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in instrumentation and control engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in large-scale building projects, including towers, hospitals, or major commercial developments.
• Strong experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency in PLC, DDC, BACnet, and Modbus communication protocols.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and systems integration activities.
• Strong site management and project coordination capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage technical project challenges.
