🛠 Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by role but may include:
- Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple project phases
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope and budget
- Ensure compliance with Aramco standards, HSE regulations, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process, HVAC, or related fields)
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH, OSHA, Aramco-approved certifications) are highly preferred
- Minimum 5–15+ years of experience depending on the role and seniority
- Prior experience in Saudi Aramco projects or GCC oil & gas sector is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of international engineering codes and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in technical tools, project management software, and reporting systems
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary Range:
SAR 8,000 – 35,000 per month
(Based on position, experience level, and Aramco approval status)
