Key Responsibilities

Contracts Engineer
- Manage contract administration and compliance.
- Review project agreements, claims, and variations.
- Coordinate contractual matters with stakeholders.
- Support risk mitigation and dispute resolution processes.
Planning Engineer
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Prepare planning reports and recovery schedules.

Document Controller
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Ensure proper document control procedures.
- Manage document distribution and archiving.
- Support compliance with project documentation requirements.
Risk Analyst
- Conduct project risk assessments and evaluations.

Senior Architect
- Lead architectural design reviews and technical coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience within engineering consultancy offices.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, RICS, CCM, LEED, or equivalent certifications are highly advantageous.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering consultancy practices, project controls, design management, and construction supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and multidisciplinary teams.
