A major infrastructure project team in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead High Voltage (HV) Transmission Substation projects from planning to final delivery. The Project Manager will oversee the complete project lifecycle including scope management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement coordination, and risk management. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management teams.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in project management
Proven experience in High Voltage (HV) Transmission Substation projects

Preferred Experience

Experience working with Saudi Electricity Company projects or standards

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in power transmission infrastructure and electrical substations
Knowledge of EPC project management, procurement coordination, and construction supervision
Ability to manage large multidisciplinary engineering teams

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
