🛠 Key Responsibilities

Senior Electrical Engineer (Solar PV)

Manage Solar PV electrical construction and commissioning activities.
Supervise Medium Voltage (MV) systems installation and testing.
Coordinate inverter installation and commissioning.
Oversee DC cabling installation and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Solar PV)

Supervise tracker system installation and commissioning.
Manage piling works and foundation activities.
Coordinate solar structure installation.
Monitor construction quality and project schedules.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.

HSSE Officer / HSSE Engineer

Implement Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies.
Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project requirements.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Promote a strong safety culture across project sites.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Senior Electrical Engineer (Solar PV)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of Solar PV construction and commissioning experience.
Experience with:
- Medium Voltage (MV) Systems
- Inverters
- DC Cabling

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Solar PV)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience with:
- Tracker Systems
- Piling Works
- Solar Structure Installation

HSSE Officer / HSSE Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of HSE experience on Solar PV projects.
NEBOSH and/or OSHA certifications are preferred.

General Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia must hold a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
International applicants should be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
