Parsons is seeking experienced Senior Electrical Engineers and Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure, metro, utilities, and smart city projects across Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for senior engineering professionals with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, complex infrastructure developments, and high-value EPC or consultancy projects.
The selected candidates will oversee project planning, engineering design coordination, execution, quality assurance, and stakeholder management while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering and project management activities for major infrastructure projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, design, and construction teams.
- Oversee metro, utility, and smart city project execution.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, international engineering standards, and safety regulations.
- Review engineering drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project risks, quality performance, and stakeholder communications.
- Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and operational readiness.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, metro, utilities, or smart city projects.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and engineering standards.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Saudi Council of Engineers registration, or equivalent project management and engineering certifications are highly desirable.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 20,000–35,000 per month (Estimated for Senior Electrical Engineers and Project Managers with 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, project complexity, employer policies, and leadership responsibilities.)
