Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical engineering projects.
- Support power distribution, substations, and industrial electrical installations.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction progress.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and recommend engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in power systems, substations, industrial projects, or EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and project execution.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of international electrical standards is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Saudi Council of Engineers registration, or other engineering certifications are considered beneficial.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 9,000–15,000 per month (Estimated for Electrical/Project Engineers in Saudi Arabia with 5+ years of experience. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, project scope, and employer policies.)
