Khatib & Alami is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in MEP design and engineering consultancy to support the delivery of large-scale building and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical MEP systems for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare electrical layouts, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international electrical codes, and project specifications.
- Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and supervision phases.
- Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Support project planning, commissioning, and successful project delivery.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in MEP electrical design.
- Consultancy experience on large building projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services design and engineering standards.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or similar engineering software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Professional certifications such as Saudi Council of Engineers registration, PMP, LEED, or other relevant engineering certifications are considered an advantage.
