Nesma & Partners is hiring experienced Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Civil Engineers to support major infrastructure, commercial building, industrial, and oil & gas projects across Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering activities for assigned projects.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Supervise construction and installation activities while ensuring quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, inspections, and progress documentation.
- Support project commissioning, testing, and handover activities where applicable.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in infrastructure, commercial building, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
- GCC project experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Saudi Council of Engineers registration, OSHA, or discipline-specific certifications are considered an advantage.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 10,000–18,000 per month (Estimated for experienced Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineers in Saudi Arabia. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, project scope, employer policies, and years of experience.)
