Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production and operational costs.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and financial analysis for management.
• Maintain accurate cost accounting records and documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Review inventory valuation and cost allocation processes.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs.
• Generate periodic financial and cost performance reports.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting and financial data.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry companies, food manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven experience in cost accounting and financial analysis.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Experience using ERP software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Financial reporting and cost analysis expertise.
• Experience with DoofSwift or Optimus Office is preferred.

Soft Skills
