- Lead and manage construction operations across multiple project sites
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Review architectural drawings, technical documentation, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage project risks, resources, and performance metrics

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

- Experience in GCC countries (preferred)
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
- Operations Manager (Construction): SAR 25,000 – 40,000 per month
- Projects Manager (Construction): SAR 28,000 – 45,000 per month
- Project Manager (Construction): SAR 18,000 – 30,000 per month
- Architectural Draftsman (Part-Time): SAR 4,000 – 8,000 per month (pro-rated)
- Architectural Technical Office Engineer: SAR 8,000 – 15,000 per month
