🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Banking or FinTech environments

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and banking business processes

• Experience with requirements analysis, documentation, and system implementation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio

• Experience supporting UAT testing and system validation

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Language Requirement

• Arabic and English bilingual proficiency preferred

Certifications (Preferred for Career Advancement)
