As a Security & Safety Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment by implementing occupational safety policies, conducting inspections, managing CCTV security systems, and coordinating emergency response procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of occupational security and safety policies and procedures across all sites and projects.
• Identify workplace hazards and conduct regular health and safety inspection tours.
• Develop, implement, and monitor emergency response and evacuation plans.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
• Supervise CCTV surveillance systems, coordinate maintenance activities, and review security recordings when required.
• Organize and deliver occupational health and safety training and awareness programs.
• Prepare periodic safety, compliance, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all operational activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or an equivalent internationally recognized occupational safety certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational safety and security management.
• Practical experience managing and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance standards.
• Experience in real estate development, facilities management, or the contracting sector is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and incident investigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high safety standards.
