A leading Retail Banking / Consumer Lending business unit in Riyadh is hiring an experienced Scrum Master – Retail Lending to drive Agile delivery excellence across digital and technology-driven teams. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about team enablement, Agile coaching, and delivering high-impact retail banking products.

The Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and continuous improvement practices

• Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery timelines

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align business priorities

• Support delivery of retail lending and consumer banking digital initiatives

• Monitor team performance metrics and drive Agile maturity improvements

• Promote transparency, accountability, and high-performing team culture

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

• Strong exposure to retail banking or consumer lending environments preferred

• Experience working with cross-functional digital and technology-driven teams

Certifications (Strong Plus)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• Additional Agile or SAFe certifications are advantageous

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coaching and mentoring mindset

• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced banking environments

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 25,000 – SAR 35,000 per month (Annualized Contract/Full-Time Equivalent)
Based on Scrum Masters in Riyadh with 6+ years of experience in banking or digital transformation environments.

Compensation Type: Monthly (Full-time role)
