🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Credit Control team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Develop, implement, and improve credit control policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and payment trends.
• Ensure timely collections and resolve credit-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and conduct customer credit risk analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to optimize credit operations.
• Maintain compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection performance and reduce financial risk.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the credit control team.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Saudi National (Mandatory). Applications from non-Saudi candidates will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a Credit Control role (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of credit control, accounts receivable, and credit risk management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively across departments.
• Professional finance certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are considered an advantage.
