Engineering & Technical Roles

Senior Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Instrumentation & Control Engineer, Process Engineer: Design, implement, and oversee engineering solutions ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Lead Communication & Security Engineer: Manage communication and security infrastructure across project sites.
Management & Supervisory Roles

Site Engineer Manager, Assistant Project Manager, HSE Manager, Safety Officer: Lead teams, oversee site operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain workplace safety.

Contracting Specialist, Quantity Surveyor: Manage contracts, monitor project costs, and ensure procurement and construction alignment with budget and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities

Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and safety teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project progress, prepare technical reports, and provide solutions to operational challenges.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (depending on role).

Professional certifications preferred: PMP, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent for safety/management roles.

Minimum experience 3–10 years depending on seniority.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management, engineering design software, and reporting tools.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Estimated Salary Range: SAR 8,000 – 35,000 per month (role, experience, and ARAMCO approval dependent)
Compensation Type: Monthly
