IDC Technologies is seeking a highly experienced SAP Sales Associate Director to lead SAP sales strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This senior leadership role is based in Riyadhand focuses on driving enterprise-level SAP transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA migrations and large-scale digital modernization programs.

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in expanding the company’s SAP consulting and enterprise solutions business within the KSA public sector and enterprise organizations. This includes identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships with government ministries and key stakeholders, and managing a strong sales pipeline for high-value transformation projects.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP solutions and digital transformation initiatives

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in enterprise technology sales or consulting

• Minimum 7 consecutive years in SAP Sales & Transformation leadership roles with a previous employer

• Proven expertise in SAP enterprise solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation projects

• Strong professional network within the KSA public sector, ministries, and enterprise organizations

• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields

• Professional certifications in SAP, enterprise sales, or digital transformation consulting are advantageous
