BEC Concrete Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role is critical in driving sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting operational excellence in the ready-mix and precast concrete sector.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Execute daily sales activities to achieve department goals

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and pursue new leads

Prepare sales reports, pricing sheets, and operational documentation

Analyze sales data using Excel to support decision-making and market evaluation

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

Promote company products and provide suitable technical solutions to clients

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years in Ready-Mix Concrete and Precast industries

Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel (reports, tables, data analysis), Microsoft Office applications

Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, organizational skills

Professional Competencies: Client follow-up, sales support, market analysis, solution delivery

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 90,000 – 130,000 per year (based on mid-level sales representatives in Medina, KSA, with 3–5 years of experience)
