Asas AlJood Group, a leading industrial solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking experienced Sales Engineersspecializing in rotating equipment, including vacuum pumps, centrifugal blowers, couplings, and gearboxes. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting products, generating leads, and managing relationships with high-value clients such as Sabic, Aramco, SEC, and NWC.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in industrial equipment and after-market solutions. Sales Engineers will have the opportunity to contribute to market growth, implement sales strategies, and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell rotating equipment and related industrial products

  • Generate leads, build, and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Independently manage communications with customers and principals

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective solution selling

  • Provide technical advice and product expertise to meet customer needs

  • Forecast sales, monitor performance, and report on sales progress

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience: 2–7 years of relevant sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of vacuum pumps, centrifugal blowers, couplings, gearboxes, and aftermarket services

  • Industry Knowledge: Wastewater market experience is a strong advantage

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English, native Arabic speaker, strong relationship management, problem-solving, proactive mindset

  • Additional Requirements: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 12,000 – 20,000/month + performance-based incentives
