🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Safety Manager

Develop and implement site-wide safety management systems
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Lead safety training programs and workforce awareness initiatives

🔹 Civil QC Manager (Batching Plant Experience Mandatory)

Oversee quality control processes for civil works and batching plant operations
Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Manage inspections, testing procedures, and quality documentation
Lead QA/QC teams and coordinate with engineering departments

🔹 HSE Manager (Environmental Experience Mandatory)

Develop and implement HSE policies aligned with regulatory standards
Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability practices
Conduct environmental impact assessments and site audits
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively

🔹 Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
Monitor project progress and prepare performance reports
Conduct cost control and forecasting analysis

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
Advanced qualifications in Safety, Environmental Management, or Project Management (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
Proven experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects

Certifications (Preferred Based on Role)

NEBOSH / IOSH (Safety & HSE roles)
ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
PMP (Planning Engineer)
Relevant quality management certifications

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Expertise in construction site operations and project lifecycle management
