Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly retail experience

Promote and sell the company’s confectionery and bakery products

Operate cash registers and payment systems to process customer transactions

Monitor and manage delivery app orders, ensuring timely preparation and dispatch

Package chocolate trays and confectionery items according to approved quality standards

Prepare selected baked goods such as cookies, ghriba, and maamoul following company guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while adhering to food safety standards

Support the team in achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

High School Diploma or higher qualification

Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales or customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure

Basic understanding of retail sales operations and cashier systems is preferred

Salary
SAR 5,100 per month (Fixed salary as provided by the employer).
Work Schedule

Working Hours: 8 hours per day with rotating shifts

Weekly Rest Day: 1 day off per week
