A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil engineering projects across Riyadh. As a Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects across multiple sectors such as tunnels, solar, buildings, roads, and infrastructure. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple project sites across Riyadh and surrounding regions
• Take full ownership of project schedules, budgets, and quality performance
• Review engineering drawings and plans to ensure technical accuracy
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on-site
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities
• Lead project teams and ensure effective workforce coordination
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, safety standards, and Saudization targets
• Monitor progress and provide detailed performance reports to senior management

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in civil engineering project management
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Registration (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in at least three of the following:
  • Tunnels
  • Solar projects
  • Buildings
  • Roads
  • Infrastructure
• Proven experience managing government projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Riyadh municipality procedures (preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• PMP or other project management certifications are highly preferred

SAR 22,000 – SAR 40,000 per month (based on senior civil engineering project management roles in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
