🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple project sites across Jeddah and surrounding regions
• Take full ownership of project schedules, budgets, and quality performance metrics
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy
• Identify and resolve complex technical and operational challenges on-site
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure effective workforce management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and Saudization targets
• Monitor project progress and provide detailed reporting to senior management

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in civil engineering project management
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Registration (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in at least three of the following areas:
  • Tunnels
  • Solar projects
  • Buildings
  • Roads
  • Infrastructure
• Proven experience managing government projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Jeddah municipality procedures (preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are an added advantage

SAR 22,000 – SAR 38,000 per month (based on senior-level project management roles in civil engineering within Saudi Arabia)
