🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from receiving job applications to successful hiring.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in the retail sector, recruitment process management, or talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are considered an advantage.

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
