🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality and patient safety standards within the healthcare facility.
• Oversee execution of quality policies and procedures in line with best practices.
• Analyze medical and performance data; prepare periodic performance reports.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Support clinical and administrative teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements (CBAHI, JCI).

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (Human Physician).
• Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Preferably transferable sponsorship within Saudi Arabia.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and computer applications.
• Previous experience with CBAHI or JCI accreditation standards is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to apply quality improvement methodologies in healthcare settings.
