🛠 Key Responsibilities

Support organizational quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Assist in implementing quality management systems and improvement projects.
Participate in quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Quality Management, Operations, or Process Improvement.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Professional certification in one or more of the following is required:
- Quality Management
- Risk Management
- Patient Safety
- Governance & Compliance
- Project Management
- Internal Audit
Strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
