🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Assist in implementing quality management systems and improvement projects.
- Participate in quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Quality Management, Operations, or Process Improvement.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Professional certification in one or more of the following is required:
- Quality Management
- Risk Management
- Patient Safety
- Governance & Compliance
- Project Management
- Internal Audit
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
