🛠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections for soil improvement, infrastructure, heavy earthworks, and piling activities.
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
Perform material inspections, testing, and verification of construction works.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records.
Implement QA/QC procedures in accordance with project Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and applicable industry standards.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Earthworks, Infrastructure, Soil Improvement, or related construction projects.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection standards, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Hands-on experience in:
- Quality inspections
- Material testing
- Quality documentation
- Project compliance
Strong understanding of construction specifications and engineering quality standards.
Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, ACI, CSWIP, or other relevant QA/QC certifications are considered advantageous.
Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
