We are seeking a highly detail-oriented QC Engineer – Manufacturing (Steel & Sandwich Panel) to join our production facility in Riyadh. The QC Engineer will be responsible for maintaining compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SASO, FM Global, and NEOM specifications. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final steel/sandwich panel products

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality systems

Maintain adherence to SASO, FM Global, and NEOM project standards

Manage supplier quality evaluations and performance monitoring

Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Support internal and external quality audits

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations

Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection reports
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

Proven experience in manufacturing quality control (steel or sandwich panel industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)

Familiarity with SASO, FM Global, and NEOM compliance requirements

Experience handling NCRs, CAPA, and supplier quality management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent documentation and reporting abilities

Good communication skills for audit coordination and cross-functional collaboration
